Know what you are booking before you pay. Use this checklist with the counselling team and keep the written course offer and receipt.
Confirm your course and batch
- Exact course name, prerequisites and intended learning outcomes.
- Duration, teaching hours, class timetable, delivery mode and batch start date.
- Trainer, practice requirements, assessments and certificate criteria.
- Projects, support arrangements and any internship eligibility or selection conditions.
Ask for the total payable amount
Advertised course fees include GST. Confirm whether registration, examinations, software subscriptions and API usage are included in your written offer. Ask which costs are optional. A displayed course fee does not explain every learner's software or payment-plan costs.
Payment plans
If you want instalments or EMI, request the payment schedule, any interest or fees, provider details and eligibility in writing before agreeing.
Cancellation and refunds
Course fees are generally non-refundable. Coding Bytes considers exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis; a refund is not automatic. To request a review, email [email protected] with your course, enrolment details and a brief explanation. Ask the desk before sending any sensitive supporting documents.
Any approved refund and its processing arrangements will be confirmed individually. This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Batch changes
Before payment, request written information on missed classes, transfers, and arrangements if a batch is postponed or cancelled. Keep the agreed terms and receipt.
Placement support and certification
Placement assistance means support with preparation and opportunities; it is not a guaranteed job, salary or employer offer. A Coding Bytes course certificate is distinct from a vendor examination or qualification. Ask which external exam fees, if any, are included.
